Conditions:
Minimum rental period: 7 Nights (four & five nights only + 25 %)

Making Reservations and Payments:
- 50 % Non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation
- Remaining 50 % is due at check-in, payable in US$ cash

Reservation payments may be made by credit card through PayPal or by bank transfer.

Cancellations:
No refunds of the deposit payment for cancellations. To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events such as illness, strikes, weather, acts of GOD, etc., we recommend you purchase Trip Insurance to insure a refund of your deposit.

Security Deposits:
A credit card with signature on file will be kept for any open balances or adjustments during your stay. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees to the renter. You are required to leave the unit as you received it.

Please Note: BEACH PALACE CABARETE is a private luxury Condominium property, not a hotel. Many of the Condos are used by their owners either as their main or second home.

Additional Persons:
Each Condo's rate is based upon the number of persons indicated at time of condo reservation. Any additional children under 12 years of age are free of charge, if no additional room is needed. All additional persons 12 years and older are an additional US$ 35.00 per night, per person.
